Preparation
- Blend the chickpeas, tahini, and water until smooth in the food processor.
- Spread on a board and garnish each board with burrata, coriander, and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with flammkuchen fries (briefly deep-fried), sprinkled with baharat.
