Preparation
- Slice the buffalo mozzarella into thin slices.
- Loosen the crème fraîche with a whisk and season with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Cut the pepper into fine julienne strips.
- Arrange the buffalo mozzarella on the plate like a carpaccio.
- Brush with the crème fraîche.
- Top with basil cress, marjoram, pepper and salt, and Aleppo pepper.
- Grate the yellow of the lemon over the dish.
