Brioche mozzarella & Coppa

Brioche filled with mozzarella, Tuscan herbs, burrata & Coppa.

Delicious snack for the terrace!

Ingredients

brioche bun
Coppa di Parma
Toscane blend
Mozzarella
Burrata di bufalau

Preparation

  1. Cut the brioche in the middle twice next to each other (do not cut all the way through). Turn a half turn and cut it twice next to each other again.
  2. Pop the loose pieces of brioche bun out of the roll.
  3. Fill the cut pieces with strips of mozzarella (make a cross with the mozzarella).
  4. Drizzle the bun with olive oil and top with Tuscan herbs.
  5. Bake according to the package (about 180°C for 6 minutes).
  6. Top the brioche bun with fresh burrata and Coppa di Parma.
