Ingredients
600gbara
450gMuhammara
Smoked chicken fillet
grilled red/yellow pepper
Basil cress
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and heat the bara's for 3 minutes.
- With a spoon, place some muhammara on the bara.
- Roll up a slice of chicken fillet and place on the muhammara.
- Cut thin slices of the grilled bell pepper and finish with them.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil cress.
