
Chocolate honey pots filled with honey tiramisu
Soft tiramisu with honey in chocolate pots. A beautiful combination of sweet and creamy, perfect as a dessert or component.Ingredients

1Espresso
Ladyfingers
500gMascarpone cream
70gManuka honey
60gButter
60gHoney
60gEgg white
60gFlour
Silicone mold Alvéolé 3
Preparation
- Dissolve the honey in the warm espresso.
- Let the mixture cool and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it to let them soak.
- Spread this on the bottom of the chocolate honey pots.
- Whip the mascarpone cream and manuka honey together until thickened.
- Pipe this onto the ladyfingers in the chocolate honey pot.
- Melt the butter with the honey until liquid.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into a tuille batter.
- Spread the batter in the mold and bake at 160°C for about 8 minutes.
- Break into pieces and use as a garnish on the mousse.
