Ingredients: 1 Water; 400 g Fine granulated sugar; 140 g Honey; 2 Glucose syrup; 8 g Baking soda; Tony's Chocolonely milk caramel sea salt

Honeycombs made from chocolate and honey. Delicious (with or without melted chocolate) with coffee.

Tony's Chocolonely milk caramel sea salt

Preparation

Heat water, sugar, honey, and glucose to 160°C.
Remove the mixture from the heat and add the baking soda, mix well.
Pour the mixture directly onto a baking mat.
Let it cool and break into pieces.
Serving tip: dip the honeycomb pieces in melted chocolate with sea salt.
