Christmas Cocktail Balls

A dessert with frozen cocktail balls of various flavors, served with custard, Ferrero Rocher, chocolate almond nuts, and a melon ball.

Serving in and on glass is completely back. Stylish, authentic, a touch retro, and it really makes dishes shine. This holiday season, we’re serving desserts in a glass. The sweet temptation has never been so visible.

Ingredients

Frozen Cocktails

Melon ball
Chocolate almond limoncello
Chocolate almond purple
Custard
Ferrero Rocher

Preparation

  1. For the Christmas balls, we use the frozen cocktails, consisting of: Strawberry Daiquiri, Watermelon Mojito, Passion Fruit Martini, Margarita, and Mojito.
  2. Pour the frozen cocktails into round molds (available at our patisserie department).
  3. Place the molds in the freezer.
  4. Unmold the cocktail balls just before use.

  1. Scoop a ball from the melon.
  2. Spoon some custard into a cocktail glass.
  3. Add in order: Ferrero Rocher, limoncello almond, purple almond melon ball.
  4. Add the cocktail spheres.
