200gPowdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Chocolate coffee beans
300gPlain cream cheese
Danish cinnamon swirl
200gSoft butter
4Chocolate aroma drops
Preparation
- Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Whip the soft butter until light and white in a mixer with a whisk.
- Add the cream cheese and chocolate flavoring and mix well.
- While mixing, add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth and pipeable frosting.
- Pipe dollops of the cream cheese frosting onto the cooled rolls.
- Garnish each dollop with a chocolate coffee bean.
- Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
