Cinnamon roll chocolate cream cheese

Cinnamon roll with creamy chocolate cream cheese frosting, chocolate coffee bean, and a touch of cocoa powder. Rich, soft, and slightly bittersweet.

Ingredients

200gPowdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Chocolate coffee beans
300gPlain cream cheese
Danish cinnamon swirl
200gSoft butter
4Chocolate aroma drops

Preparation

  1. Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Whip the soft butter until light and white in a mixer with a whisk.
  5. Add the cream cheese and chocolate flavoring and mix well.
  6. While mixing, add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth and pipeable frosting.
  7. Pipe dollops of the cream cheese frosting onto the cooled rolls.
  8. Garnish each dollop with a chocolate coffee bean.
  9. Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
