Cinnamon roll with creamy Nutella-Baileys cream, finished with fudge pieces and crunchy hazelnut brittle.Ingredients

Fudge
Hazelnut crunch
Danish cinnamon swirl
50gBaileys
200gNutella
Preparation
- Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Heat the cream together with the Baileys.
- Add the fudge in parts and let it melt while stirring until you have a smooth, even sauce.
- Mix 200 grams of this Baileys sauce with the Nutella until you have a creamy mixture.
- Top the cinnamon rolls with the Nutella-Baileys cream.
- Garnish with hazelnut crunch and finely chopped fudge.
