Cinnamon roll Nutella & Baileys

Cinnamon roll with creamy Nutella-Baileys cream, finished with fudge pieces and crunchy hazelnut brittle.

Ingredients

200gCream 35%
Fudge
Hazelnut crunch
Danish cinnamon swirl
50gBaileys
200gNutella

Preparation

  1. Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Heat the cream together with the Baileys.
  5. Add the fudge in parts and let it melt while stirring until you have a smooth, even sauce.
  6. Mix 200 grams of this Baileys sauce with the Nutella until you have a creamy mixture.
  7. Top the cinnamon rolls with the Nutella-Baileys cream.
  8. Garnish with hazelnut crunch and finely chopped fudge.
