
Cornetto of orange with yogurt-honey ice cream
Cornetto made from orange, filled with a gel of strawberries and wild honey, yogurt-honey ice cream and topped with crunchy honey pops.Ingredients

Preparation
- Cut the fruit sheets to the desired size.
- Fry them for a few seconds at 160°C.
- Shape the cone directly from the fryer.
For 2 Ninja cups
- Heat the sugar, water, and glucose.
- Mix the honey, yogurt, lime juice, cream, and mascarpone in the KitchenAid.
- Add the sugar-water-glucose mixture to the other ingredients.
- Pour the mix into the cups and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Process in the Ninja.
- Mix all ingredients (except basil oil).
- Blend well with a hand blender and let cool until it is gelled.
- Process in the food processor with basil oil to taste and transfer to a piping bag.
- Fill the cornettos with gel, the ice cream, and top with the honey pops and cress to taste.
