Preparation
- Remove the casing from the sausage and loosen the meat with a fork.
- Heat a splash of oil in a pan and fry the sausage while stirring.
- Meanwhile, cut a few tender leaves of savoy cabbage into pieces, massage them with oil and salt, and bake them in the oven for a few minutes until crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
- Let cool outside the oven.
- Cook the pasta for 13 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Drain and let the cooking water run out of the molds (turn them over on a clean cloth).
- Fill Cube with the sausage and add a few crispy cabbage leaves.
- Garnish to taste with red pepper.
