Ingredients

Salt and pepper
Sausage
Extra virgin olive oil
Red chili pepper
Cube Artisia
Savoy cabbage

Preparation

  1. Remove the casing from the sausage and loosen the meat with a fork.
  2. Heat a splash of oil in a pan and fry the sausage while stirring.
  3. Meanwhile, cut a few tender leaves of savoy cabbage into pieces, massage them with oil and salt, and bake them in the oven for a few minutes until crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
  4. Let cool outside the oven.
  5. Cook the pasta for 13 minutes in salted boiling water.
  6. Drain and let the cooking water run out of the molds (turn them over on a clean cloth).
  7. Fill Cube with the sausage and add a few crispy cabbage leaves.
  8. Garnish to taste with red pepper.
