Preparation
- Clean the shrimp, briefly blanch them in lightly salted water, and then blend them with a cream cheese of your choice.
- Set aside a few shrimp, chop them finely, and mix them into the mousse.
- Cook the pasta for 11 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Drain and let the cooking water run out of the molds (place them upside down on a clean cloth).
- Fill Vortipa with the shrimp mousse and finish with salmon roe.
