Ingredients

Cream cheese
Shrimp
Vortipa Artisia
Salt and pepper
Salmon roe

Preparation

  1. Clean the shrimp, briefly blanch them in lightly salted water, and then blend them with a cream cheese of your choice.
  2. Set aside a few shrimp, chop them finely, and mix them into the mousse.
  3. Cook the pasta for 11 minutes in salted boiling water.
  4. Drain and let the cooking water run out of the molds (place them upside down on a clean cloth).
  5. Fill Vortipa with the shrimp mousse and finish with salmon roe.
