Asparagus
Red shrimp
Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Clean the red prawns and let them marinate with a splash of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Wash the asparagus and set aside a few tips.
- Cook the stems in salted water and blend them with a little cooking water into a smooth cream. Blanch the tips for a few minutes so they remain crisp.
- Cook the pasta for 11 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Drain and remove the cooking water from the molds (place them upside down on a clean cloth).
- Fill Salix with the asparagus cream and red prawns, garnish as desired with the asparagus tips.
