Salix 3D pasta with red prawns and asparagus

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil
Asparagus
Red shrimp
Salt and pepper
3D pasta Salix

Preparation

  1. Clean the red prawns and let them marinate with a splash of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Wash the asparagus and set aside a few tips.
  3. Cook the stems in salted water and blend them with a little cooking water into a smooth cream. Blanch the tips for a few minutes so they remain crisp.
  4. Cook the pasta for 11 minutes in salted boiling water.
  5. Drain and remove the cooking water from the molds (place them upside down on a clean cloth).
  6. Fill Salix with the asparagus cream and red prawns, garnish as desired with the asparagus tips.
