Ingredients

225gDark chocolate
90gCocoa powder
180gSugar
600mlWhole milk

1OneShot vanilla ice cream
Crispearls

Preparation

  1. Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder.
  2. Add the milk and stir well in a pan.
  3. Heat while stirring over medium heat.
  4. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture over the dark chocolate.
  5. Mix until smooth and strain.

  1. Place a cup of vanilla ice cream in the OneShot machine.
  2. Dispense as a soft serve into a cup.
  3. Pour the chocolate sauce generously over it.
  4. Garnish with choco crisps.
