Preparation
- Heat the cream to about 85°C.
- Add the chocolate and stir until a uniform, smooth mixture forms.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Spoon some of the ganache into a dish.
- Serve a generous spoonful of ganache with the dessert.
- Place a cup of chocolate ice cream in the OneShot machine.
- Dispense a soft serve onto the ganache.
- Garnish with chocolate spikes.
