Ingredients

600gDark chocolate
430mlCream

Chocolate spears
1OneShot chocolate ice cream

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream to about 85°C.
  2. Add the chocolate and stir until a uniform, smooth mixture forms.
  3. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. Spoon some of the ganache into a dish.
  5. Serve a generous spoonful of ganache with the dessert.

  1. Place a cup of chocolate ice cream in the OneShot machine.
  2. Dispense a soft serve onto the ganache.
  3. Garnish with chocolate spikes.
