300gCruesli raisin and hazelnut
160gPowdered sugar
180gSalted butter
660gFine sugar
375mlCream
250mlWater
1OneShot salted caramel ice cream
Preparation
- In the KitchenAid with a whisk, cream the butter, sugar, and peanut butter.
- Then add the cream and mix it in.
- Mix the mixture through the granola.
- Heat the cream and butter until the butter is melted.
- Cook the sugar and water to 180°C or until caramelized.
- Add the warm cream and butter in stages and mix.
- Return to the heat and warm gently until a homogeneous sauce forms.
- Tip: no time to make salty caramel sauce yourself? Then use a ready-to-serve product.
- Spoon some of the crunchy peanut into a glass.
- Place a cup of salted caramel ice cream in the OneShot machine.
- Dispense a soft serve into the glass.
- Finally, pour the salty caramel sauce over the top.
