Pistachio & white chocolate sauce

Ingredients

300mlCream
250gWhite chocolate

pistachio crunch
Kataifi dough
Powdered sugar
Butter

1OneShot pistachio ice cream
1Ice cream cone

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream until it is nice and warm.
  2. Add the white chocolate and stir until completely melted into a smooth sauce.

  1. Let the kataifi dough thaw.
  2. Melt butter with powdered sugar to taste.
  3. Coat the dough in the butter-sugar mixture and squeeze well.
  4. Spread on a baking tray and bake until crispy in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Let cool and crumble.
  6. Mix the crumbled kataifi dough with pistachio crunch.

  1. Place the ice cream cone in a cup.
  2. Place a cup of pistachio ice cream in the OneShot machine.
  3. Dispense as a soft serve into the cone in the cup.
  4. Garnish with the white chocolate sauce and kataifi and pistachio crunch.
