250gWhite chocolate
pistachio crunch
Kataifi dough
Powdered sugar
Butter
1OneShot pistachio ice cream
1Ice cream cone
Preparation
- Heat the cream until it is nice and warm.
- Add the white chocolate and stir until completely melted into a smooth sauce.
- Let the kataifi dough thaw.
- Melt butter with powdered sugar to taste.
- Coat the dough in the butter-sugar mixture and squeeze well.
- Spread on a baking tray and bake until crispy in the oven at 180°C.
- Let cool and crumble.
- Mix the crumbled kataifi dough with pistachio crunch.
- Place the ice cream cone in a cup.
- Place a cup of pistachio ice cream in the OneShot machine.
- Dispense as a soft serve into the cone in the cup.
- Garnish with the white chocolate sauce and kataifi and pistachio crunch.
