Preparation
- View the basic recipe or check out our ready-made éclairs below.
- Blend the ricotta, sour cream, hot-smoked salmon, horseradish, and capers in a food processor until it becomes a pipeable mixture.
- Mix in some chopped dill and pepper to taste.
- Fill the éclairs with this mixture.
- Glaze the éclairs with honey mustard.
- Garnish with mustard caviar and sprigs of fresh dill.
