125gHot-smoked salmon
1Capers
pepper from the mill
Horseradish
fresh dill

Honey-mustard
Mustard caviar
fresh dill

Preparation

  1. View the basic recipe or check out our ready-made éclairs below.

  1. Blend the ricotta, sour cream, hot-smoked salmon, horseradish, and capers in a food processor until it becomes a pipeable mixture.
  2. Mix in some chopped dill and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill the éclairs with this mixture.

  1. Glaze the éclairs with honey mustard.
  2. Garnish with mustard caviar and sprigs of fresh dill.
