200gMascarpone cream
60gBanoffee lemon curd

Banoffee pearls

Preparation

  1. Mix the mascarpone cream, banoffee lemon curd, and powdered sugar to taste.
  2. Whip this mixture until light and airy in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  3. Fill the éclairs with the mixture and spread a little on top as well.

  1. Garnish with banoffee pearls.
