Preparation
- Heat the sauerkraut mash in the steam oven for 45 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius.
- Roast the pork belly and pork knuckle in a hot oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Add the smoked sausage to the steam oven with the mash for the last 10 minutes.
- Gently heat the sauce in a small pan.
- Arrange all ingredients on a large platter, garnish with Munster cheese, and drizzle the whole with champagne.
