Bean cream
Chorizo cubes

Preparation
- Mix ¾ part hummus with ¼ part mango habanero salsa.
- Spread the enchilada with bean cream on the inside, pipe the hummus-salsa filling over it and roll up.
- Spread with crispy chili oil and sprinkle chorizo cubes on top. Cut the enchiladas to the desired size.
