Preparation
- Heat a heavy-bottomed pan on the barbecue.
- Add fat to the pan and mix the enoki with spices of your choice.
- Deglaze with white wine and a small splash of soy sauce.
- Cook the enoki for about 3 to 4 minutes at 200°C.
