Wakame espuma

This espuma naturally tastes delicious with a fish dish.

Ingredients

80gSesame oil
80gsushisu
240gchicken or fish stock
100gWakame salad
50gpro-espuma fred

Preparation

  1. Blend the wakame until smooth in a food processor or blender. Add the chicken stock and blend for a while longer until very smooth.
  2. While blending, add the sushisu and sesame oil. Finally, add the pro-espuma to stabilize the espuma.
