200gwakame/poultry stock
80gSesame oil
80gSushi vinegar
10ggel cream cold (Sosa)
Preparation
- Blend the wakame salad with the wakame/poultry broth (40°C) in a powerful blender until smooth and strain.
- Then use a hand blender to mix in the sesame oil, sushi vinegar, and gelcrem (cold-soluble potato starch).
