Falafel balls

Preparation

  1. Mix equal parts falafel mix powder and water (ratio 1:1) thoroughly.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Form falafel balls and fry them at 170°C until golden brown.
  4. Serve with, for example, hummus.
