Preparation
- Mix equal parts falafel mix powder and water (ratio 1:1) thoroughly.
- Let the mixture rest for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Form falafel balls and fry them at 170°C until golden brown.
- Serve with, for example, hummus.
