Cauliflower flan

Flan doesn't always have to be sweet!

Ingredients

2gIota
350gcooked cauliflower
150gWhole milk

Preparation

  1. Mix 350 grams of cooked and puréed (seasoned) cauliflower with 150 grams of whole milk and 2 grams of Iota.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring, pour into molds, and let cool.
  3. Freeze the molds so the mixture can be removed from the mold more easily.
