Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bake the flatbread for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Spread 2/3 of the nut pesto over the baked flatbread.
- Mix 1/3 of the nut pesto with the young leaf lettuce and thinly sliced celery. Distribute this over the rolls.
- Finish the rolls with sliced fresh figs, sliced feta, and shaved Brazil nuts.
