Flatbread with nut pesto, salad and figs

A delicious flatbread with a topping of nut pesto, salad, and figs.

Ingredients

120gnut pesto

40gyoung leaf lettuce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Bake the flatbread for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the nut pesto over the baked flatbread.
  4. Mix 1/3 of the nut pesto with the young leaf lettuce and thinly sliced celery. Distribute this over the rolls.
  5. Finish the rolls with sliced fresh figs, sliced feta, and shaved Brazil nuts.
