Serve potato roll fries for a change, just a bit different from standard fries. Also delicious as a snack with drinks or as an extra bite with a dish.

Preparation

  1. Cut to the desired thickness with a sharp knife and fry for +/- 3 minutes. Alternatively, the roll can be pressed through a French fry cutter.
  • Tip: Don't throw away the scraps, but cut them into small cubes and fry them in oil until crispy. Delicious as croutons on a salad or as a garnish.
