This is truly one of our favorites from Korean cuisine. Spicy marinated shortribs and deliciously crispy roasted. A perfect serve!Ingredients
130mlSoy sauce
2Honey
1Sesame oil
130mlWater
4Brown sugar
80mlMirin
1units.itemsonion without skin
0.5gochujang
3units.itemsgalbi gui shortribs
7units.itemsGarlic cloves
1Fresh ginger
0.5units.itemsnashi pear
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients, except of course the shortribs, in the food processor.
- Place the shortribs in this marinade and refrigerate covered for 24 hours.
- Preheat the barbecue or grill to 200ÀöC.
- Grill the meat for about 12 to 15 minutes (the meat may remain pink). Brush with some of the marinade while grilling.
- Serve with spring onion and sesame seeds.
