Preparation
- Steam the bell pepper in the oven for 3 minutes.
- Remove the skin, halve the pepper, and remove the seeds.
- Briefly torch the outside with a kitchen torch.
- Let the couscous soak in boiling water.
- Mix with the mango, raisins, and couscous spices.
- Cut the halloumi into cubes and briefly fry them.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and mix them into the quark.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dress with the tatsoi leaves.
