Ingredients

2Crème fraîche
300gsoft, young goat cheese
grated Parmesan cheese to taste
100mlCream
Tarragon
chopped fresh herbs such as flat-leaf parsley, basil,
Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream with the Parmesan cheese and whip until thickened.
  2. Mix the goat cheese with the crème fraîche and add the cream.
  3. Mix in the herbs and salt to taste.
  4. Serve instead of butter with bread.
