Roasted beef marrow bone with a fresh herb crumble of chervil, parsley and lemon. Served with Époisses soufflé, salad and baguette.

Preparation

  1. Blend everything smooth in the food processor.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fill the cups after spraying them with pan coating.
  3. Bake at about 180°C for about 14 minutes.
