Green curry chicken bites with a dipping sauce based on, among other things, green curry and pandan.

Green curry bites

170gCoconut cream 24%
125gTom ka khai curry paste
300gMayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Heat the bites in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
  2. Use a hand blender to mix the curry paste into the coconut cream.
  3. Whisk in the mayonnaise.
  4. Garnish the bites with the dipping sauce.
