Greek pita with veal brisket and truffle mayonnaise

This dish is quick and easy to serve thanks to the use of sous-vide cooked meat.

Veal brisket comes from the shoulder of the calf and is a lean cut of meat with a small fat edge and wonderfully fine meat fibers.

Ingredients

veal chuck sous-vide
Caesar dressing
truffle mayonnaise
Salad
Greek pita

Preparation

  1. Cut a slice of the veal chuck and fry in a pan.
  2. Warm the pita breads in the oven.
  3. Toss the salad with the Caesar dressing.
  4. Slice the chuck and place on the pita bread.
  5. Add the salad and serve with truffle mayonnaise*.
