Ingredients

125gzusto sugar substitute
150gFlour
125gSoft butter
125gvegetable purée of choice
2gSalt
10gegg white powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Spread the batter onto a baking mat using the stencil.
  3. Bake the leaves at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
  4. Immediately press between a leaf vein mold to create texture.
