Delicious brioche ice bun with chocolate ice cream, Nutella, and almond. Made with the Ice Bun Toaster.This 'ice bun' is made with the Ice Bun Toaster (62018670). This device transforms buns (such as brioche) into crispy discs within seconds, while the inside remains cold and icy.

Ingredients

Nutella
Brioche buns
Chocolate ice cream
Ice Bun Toaster
Chocolate-cinnamon almonds
Chocolate topping

Preparation

  1. Let the brioche bun thaw.
  2. Roughly chop the almonds.
  3. Open the brioche bun, squeeze a scoop of ice cream and place it in the center of the bun, then place the top of the bun on the ice cream scoop and press down lightly.
  4. Put the bun with ice cream in the Ice Bun Toaster and bake for 15 seconds.
  5. Cut the bun in half and place it with the ice cream side up in a dish of your choice.
  6. Drizzle some Nutella and chocolate sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
