Brioche buns
Salted caramel toppings
Vanilla ice cream
Apple-pear compote
10gCinnamon (ground)
100gConfectioners' sugar
Preparation
- Let the brioche bun thaw.
- Mix the confectioners' sugar with the cinnamon powder.
- Open the brioche bun and scoop a heaping tablespoon of apple-pear compote onto it, squeeze a scoop of ice cream and place it in the center of the bun on top of the compote, then place the top of the bun on the ice cream scoop and press down lightly.
- Put the bun with ice cream in the Ice Bun Toaster and bake for 15 seconds.
- Cut the bun in half and place it with the ice cream side up in a dish of your choice.
- Squeeze some salted caramel topping over it.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon powdered sugar.
