Ice Bun with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel

Delicious brioche ice bun with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. Made with the Ice Bun Toaster.This 'ice bun' is made with the Ice Bun Toaster (62018670), also known as the Gelato Panini Press. This device transforms buns (such as brioche) into crispy discs within seconds, while the inside remains cold and icy.

Ingredients

Ice Bun Toaster
Brioche buns
Salted caramel topping
Pailleté feuilletine
Confectioners' sugar
Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Let the brioche bun thaw.
  2. Open the brioche bun and squeeze a scoop of ice cream, placing it in the center of the bun, then place the top of the bun on the ice cream scoop and press down lightly.
  3. Put the bun with ice cream in the Ice Bun Toaster and bake for 15 seconds.
  4. Cut the bun in half and place it with the ice cream side up in a dish of your choice.
  5. Squeeze some salted caramel topping over it.
  6. Sprinkle with feuilletine and powdered sugar.
