Preparation
- Mix all ingredients and let the dough rest and rise for at least one hour before use.
- Whip the eggs and sugar until light and airy, add the flour and mix until smooth. Then stir in the beurre culinaire.

- Mix the liquid with the sunflower oil and powdered sugar.
