Preparation
- Cook the penne al dente in water with a little salt.
- Clean the celery and baby carrots, slice them, and blanch briefly.
- Cut the radicchio and roasted pepper into pieces and dice the red onion.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and rinse the white beans.
- Mix the pasta with the celery, baby carrots, radicchio, pepper, red onion, white beans, and olives, and dress with some vinaigrette.
- Divide the pasta salad among the bowls.
- Distribute the sliced tomatoes together with the
