Green salad with beans, smoked almonds and apple-avocado vinaigrette from Hellmann's.This recipe is suitable for 10 people.

Preparation

  1. Clean the green beans and sugar snaps and blanch them in salted water.
  2. Wash the baby potatoes and cook them in salted water until done, let them cool and cut in half.
  3. Clean the avocados and cut them into pieces.
  4. Wash the butter lettuce and spin dry in a salad spinner.
  5. Roughly chop the almonds and slice the cucumber.
  6. Finely chop the chives and pick the rest of the herbs.

  1. Divide the butterhead lettuce among the bowls.
  2. Distribute the baby potatoes, green beans, sugar snaps, avocado, and cucumber over the butterhead lettuce.
  3. Finish the salad with the vinaigrette, almonds, quinoa, and the picked herbs.
