Preparation
- Cook the soba noodles and rinse them cold once cooked.
- Finely chop the green part of the spring onions and set aside in some ice water.
- Slice the mini cucumbers and radishes diagonally.
- Clean the bean sprouts and cut the little gem lettuces into wedges.
- Pan-fry the salmon on both sides in a little oil and add some vinaigrette.
- Lower the heat and cook the salmon in the pan.
- Divide the soba noodles along with the little gem and green peez sprouts into the bowls.
- Add the salmon, along with the sliced cucumber, radish, spring onion, and bean sprouts.
- Finish with the sesame soy vinaigrette and garnish with sesame seeds.
