Soba noodle salad with salmon and Hellmann's Sesame Soy vinaigrette.

Ingredients

400gSoba noodles
10white-tipped radishes
5Mini cucumbers
2spring onions
20salmon pieces
150gBean sprouts
5units.itemsLittle gem
Oil
10groasted sesame seeds
green peez sprouts
2.5Hellmann's Sesame Soy vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Cook the soba noodles and rinse them cold once cooked.
  2. Finely chop the green part of the spring onions and set aside in some ice water.
  3. Slice the mini cucumbers and radishes diagonally.
  4. Clean the bean sprouts and cut the little gem lettuces into wedges.
  5. Pan-fry the salmon on both sides in a little oil and add some vinaigrette.
  6. Lower the heat and cook the salmon in the pan.
  7. Divide the soba noodles along with the little gem and green peez sprouts into the bowls.
  8. Add the salmon, along with the sliced cucumber, radish, spring onion, and bean sprouts.
  9. Finish with the sesame soy vinaigrette and garnish with sesame seeds.
