Flammkuchen with beets, goat cheese and balsamic

With a vinaigrette, you can quickly add extra flavor and fresh notes to your dishes.

Ingredients

4cooked red beets
Black pepper
1goat cheese log
10units.itemsflammkuchen oval
100gDutch spinach
0.5Hellmann's Balsamic vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Stir the cream cheese until it is nice and creamy.
  2. Using a small palette knife, spread the cream cheese evenly on the flammkuchen.
  3. Make sure to leave a 1 cm border without cream cheese.
  4. Slice the beets and goat cheese thinly and place them on the cream cheese.
  5. Season with some black pepper.
  6. Preheat the combi steamer with a baking tray inside to 285°C without steam.
  7. Bake the flammkuchen on the preheated tray for about 4 minutes until crispy.
  8. Remove the flammkuchen from the oven and garnish with some spinach and finish with vinaigrette.
