Tabbouleh couscous salad with falafel and hummus

Salads are doing better than ever And a salad cannot do without a flavorful vinaigrette.

With a vinaigrette, you can quickly add extra flavor and fresh notes to your dishes. Ingredients for 10 people.

Ingredients

1Butterhead lettuce
1Olive oil
Knorr Taboulé couscous salad
10Radishes
5Mini cucumbers
0.5Red onion
30Honey tomatoes
0.5Pomegranate
300gHummus
20units.itemsfalafel
10Coriander sprigs
Paprika powder
10Sprigs of mint
1Hellman's Citrus Vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Measure one liter of cold water and put the tabbouleh in a bowl.
  2. Pour the water over the tabbouleh, add the olive oil, and mix everything well.
  3. Cover the tabbouleh and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Clean the lettuce and slice the radish thinly.
  5. Slice the mini cucumbers and cut the onion into strips.
  6. Halve the tomatoes and clean the pomegranate.
  7. Place the butterhead lettuce in the bowls and spoon the tabbouleh on top.
  8. Pipe the hummus alongside, garnish with some paprika powder, and distribute the falafel.
  9. Distribute the sliced tomatoes, cucumber, radish, and red onion over the top.
  10. Finish with mint, coriander, and pomegranate.
  11. Just before serving, drizzle some vinaigrette over the salad and serve with toasted pita bread.
