Preparation
- Fry the chicken burgers, preferably thawed, until crispy in sunflower oil. Then cut the burgers into pieces.
- Clean the Romaine lettuce, cut, wash, and dry it in a salad spinner.
- Clean the sugar snaps and blanch them in boiling water with a little salt.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese.
- Toss the Romaine lettuce with some vinaigrette and divide it over the bowls.
- Toss the sugar snaps with the rest of the vinaigrette and distribute them together with the chicken burger over the Romaine lettuce.
- Finish the salad with the grated Parmesan cheese, nasturtium leaves, and picked nasturtium flowers.
