Tartare of veal tenderloin and tuna mayonnaise.

Ingredients

0.5Ketchup
1Mayonnaise
0.5Dijon mustard
500gveal tenderloin
Canned tuna in olive oil
Kewpie mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cut the veal steak into tartare and mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain the canned tuna and blend until smooth in a food processor.
  3. Add Kewpie mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
