Curry egg

Boiled egg and fried in curry oil.

Ingredients

Eggs
Sunflower oil
Curry spices

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs to the desired result, rinse them with cold water, and peel the eggs.
  2. Myoté the curry.
  3. Pour the oil through a fine sieve.
  4. Heat the curry oil in the pan and fry the egg in it until it gets a nice brown-yellow color.
