Ingredients: 125 g salted peanuts; 125 g crumiel (Texturas)

Super crunchy cookies!

Ingredients

125gsalted peanuts

125gcrumiel (Texturas)

Coarsely grind 125 grams of salted peanuts (roast first for extra flavor if desired) in a food processor.
Mix in 125 grams of crumiel (mix well for even distribution).
Press into silicone molds (use a tonic muddler) and bake for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
