Tasty savory cakes from the microwave.Ingredients
100gAlmond powder
40gDextrose
300gPasteurized egg white
20gFlour
3nori sheet
Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a food processor, mix 100 grams almond powder, 40 grams dextrose, 20 grams flour, 3 sheets of nori.
- Blend everything into a fine powder and add 300 grams pasteurized egg white (while blending).
- Strain through a sieve and add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a siphon, insert two cartridges, and let set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Score cardboard (coffee) cups and fill them halfway with the mixture.
- Bake for about 35 seconds at 1000 watts in the microwave.
- Let the cups cool on their sides before removing the cakes.
