Powder of chorizo oil

By using Malto, we transform the oil into a delicious powder in no time.

Ingredients

120gOil
50gmalto (Texturas)
chorizo sausage

Preparation

  1. To make oil powders, you need about 50 grams of malto and 120 grams of oil. Not every oil reacts the same, so always add the oil gradually.
  2. Slice a chorizo sausage and fry until crispy in a pan without fat. Collect the rendered oil and mix it with the malto (we prefer to do this by hand).
  3. Add just enough malto until you have a powder. Sift if desired for a finer texture.
